Constructing a pipeline is a massive undertaking. One that employs thousands of people and spans entire states as the route is first analyzed and defined and then the construction executed. The equipment used in the construction is as massive and specialized as pipeline themselves. I was privileged to live for a time in the world of pipeline construction, as one passed through my life.
